Tons of people pretty much every day are trying to come up with tips on how to learn to really draw a car. So what is it that’s so hard and how can you find out how to draw a car properly and make it look real? I’ll be furnishing you with some tips I’ve learnt that one can apply to your drawings and hopefully create a car that seems as if it’ll drive right off your paper!

Most car drawings that I’ve observed show me that folks lack a couple of key things when attempting to draw a car. One of them is patience. It is always obvious when someone only has spent a half-hour on a drawing that they’ve tried to compose on their own.

Drawing a car and making it look real is hard enough without having to make up every detail of your drawing. I suggest beginning drawing from a reference picture. You actually can trace right over pictures if you’d like, but this won’t help you much ultimately. You must train your brain to perceive lines and tones and be able to apply them to your drawings.

It’s a bright, colorful world…or is it?

One great tip that I use when I have trouble deciding what my drawing may need to look like is removing the color. Whenever you remove all of the color of a car photo, you’re just left with the grayscale tones that you need to replicate as part of your drawing. This makes it easier to visualize what you should do to make your car look real and accurate.

When you are doing this, observe the way the light plays on different surfaces of the car. Do you find it shiny and metallic? Dull and rubbery? What makes it look different on a photo and how would you think you can represent that with pencil and paper? Obtaining a firm understanding of this process will allow you not only learn how to draw a car very well, but also you’ll be able to draw anything you want. Great artists have become great through practice and observation. You can do the same.

Don’t go full tilt!

One thing I notice in a lot of aspiring artists and something that I was also doing is the tilting of your head. This may not seem like much but when you tilt your head, without noticing it, you are effectively offsetting the position of your drawing and you will end up with a car that slants to the left or right. To prevent this stop every couple of minutes, stand back and look at your drawing from a different view point. Ensure everything that should be horizontal is and that it isn’t leaning one way or another.

Article 31 UCP 600 permits the beneficiary to partially ship and draw on the letter of credit. As pleasant as this provision
is for the beneficiary, the applicant runs the risk that he does not receive all the goods/services/performance he ordered. Rather, the beneficiary is permitted to
ship only a portion of the agreed upon goods at the “last minute” before expiration of the LC
and still be able to draw under the LC. In case the Applicant wants to protect himself against “last minute” shipments, he should open the LC in such a way, that he either prohibits partial shipments or at least sets deadlines for partial shipments.

Not every shipment in several parts is considered a partial shipment. If the Beneficiary has several containers on the same ship, these several containers are not deemed to be partial shipments.
Article 31 b provides that a presentation of documents consisting of more than one set of transport documents evidencing shipment commencing on the same means of conveyance and for the same journey, provided they indicated the same destination will not be considered as covering a partial shipment. The fact that the shipping documents indicate different dates of shipment or different ports of loading, places of taking in charge or dispatch does not make these documents be acceptable as partial shipments.

The date of shipment is determined according to the latest date of shipment as shown on the presented shipping documents.

“Means of Conveyance” is the critical requirement that determines whether the beneficiary can partially
ship and draw on the letter of credit. If the same “means of conveyance” is used, no partial shipment
exists.

A Beneficiary presenting bills of lading from two different ships but only one set of
packing list, certificate of origin and invoice can – according to the International Chamber of Commerce- avail himself of the credit even though he did not present a complete set of documents for each partial shipment. The ICC thus:”Provided that the information contained in the documents (as a whole) met the terms of the credit, there is no justification for rejection.”

When using several trucks and issuing a waybill for each truck the ICC believes that each truck is a separate means of conveyance:”The term ‘means of conveyance’ has the meaning of single vehicle.”

However when using the railway, the ICC believes:” Transport documents, which evidence that the wagins were attached to the same train for the same hourney would not constitute a partial shipment,
as they are part of the same means of conveyance.” (see ICC Publication No. 632, R 477).

As always, when the law gets complicated, the parties to the transaction should specify in the contract what they want. For partial shipments, applicant and beneficiary should spell out, whether they want to allow partial shipments, what the deadlines are, and what constitutes partial shipment.

1. The first step on how to draw this, is to prepare the materials you will need. These are pencils, eraser, ruler, elliptical template, paper and a picture of the Fleur De Lis.

2. The second step on how to draw this, is to draw in a light way one straight line on the center part of the paper. This will be the height of the flower. Then draw three more lines in a horizontal way from it. It should have equal spaces. Make sure you are looking at a picture of the flower while doing this.

3. The third step on how to draw this, is to draw a couple of triangles with a ninety degree angle each above the flower. You can start this step by marking one point on the center of the straight line. It should meet the top line drawn horizontally. The next step is drawing lines using the ruler from that point. The lines should reach the horizontal line on the center.

4. The fourth step on how to draw this, is to make a spear on the center. It should appear like a mix of an oval shape and a spear’s head. You can make use of the elliptical template so you can get achieve symmetry. You should draw one at a time to create the perfect size. Do not erase the edges you made on the spear.

5. The fifth step on how to draw this, is to make two semi circles on both sides of the spear you have drawn. This will become the petals. The bottom parts of the circles should be resting on the center line drawn horizontally. The top part of the semi circles should also reach the two triangles.

6. The sixth step is to look at the picture of magnificent flower and start drawing the bottom parts of the petals. Make a curve going downwards. It should be reaching the petals. Then draw a small semi circle for the petal’s underside. It should be connected to the petal’s base which is connected to the middle line. Finish the petals by employing the same method. You should achieve symmetry for the two petals.

7. The seventh step is drawing the flower’s base. Draw a rectangle just below each of the petals.

8. The last step is erasing the lines you used as guides and revealing the finished work.

Dining room When decorating dining room with lights, the focus should be the dining table. As usual, it is common to use hanging pendant lamp and the height should be too high. If you place one oblong shape dining table at home, it is recommended to place two pendant lamps or long size oval pendant lamps with regulator to control the brightness. If you are interested in the traditional Chinese food, which focus on taste, shape and color, it is better to choose warm color while if you are interested in Western-style food, the light should be more soft, which can create the romantic atmosphere.
